Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

There is a 48 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy in effect. If you need to change your appointment time or date, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

If you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit/retainer will transfer ONCE to a new time. If you need to cancel your appointment in under 48 hours, your deposit/retainer will be held, and is non-tranferrable due to the loss of time and product cost; to book another time slot, another deposit/retainer fee will be required.

No call/no show/no communication for any reason will result in forfeiting your deposit/retainer, and no further appointments will be scheduled for you.

Unexpected events happen from time to time, and that's understandable. However, your deposit gets applied to your service charge and is used to purchase products specifically for you. This helps ensure your costs remain reasonable, and I don't have unusable product left over.

Please ensure that you can attend your scheduled service appointment when booking.
